Delivery Policy

Your order will be processed once we received the payment in full. If any ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email/phone. Refund or credit will be generated against your account. We will courier the order to you within the following timeframe:

Auckland: Within 48 Hours

North Island: Up to 2 business day

South Island: Up to 3 business day

Rural Delivery: Allow an extra 24hrs

We DO NOT accept international orders.

All orders require a physical address and must be received by the intended recipient who placed the order. Courier Driver is required to verify that the recipient of Tobacco products is over 18 years of age.
